As a side-note, DO NOT attempt to use a Microdock with an 0404 PCI or PCIe.... it will not work. In fact, it is physically impossible to do, since the 0404 card does NOT have an EDI connector. If you want to do that, either buy the v2 1010 PCI ( or PCIe ), or the v2 1212M PCI ( or PCIe ) card. The v2 cards do not have the firewire connector on them, whereas the v1 cards do. Since the prices are so close, I'd go for the whole enchilada in the 1212M. That way, you've got an analog I/O card for that "just-in-case" scenario. However, you cannot use the 1212M's 0202 analog card at the same time that you use the Microdock...
