Police said Hope E. Rogers, 18, of Chambersburg turned her northbound vehicle in front of Short’s southbound vehicle. Short and her passengers — Betty J. Short, 58, Lindsay D. Stine, no age given, Kelsey L. Short, 14, and Gabriel E. Stine, 3, all of Chambersburg — suffered moderate injuries and were taken to Chambersburg Hospital for treatment.1998 Dodge Durango - News
